Dr. Thomas has built a career spanning healthcare operations, public health, workforce development, higher education, executive leadership, and scientific research, progressing from hospital transporter to leadership roles supporting global healthcare and workforce development initiatives.
Her experience includes leadership roles at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Mayo Clinic, higher education, and workforce development initiatives. At Mayo Clinic, she became one of the youngest executives to help build and scale a national laboratory operations department supporting multiple hospital systems. Her work has supported healthcare professionals, students, and emerging leaders across the United States and internationally.
Today, she helps healthcare professionals identify career opportunities, leverage transferable skills, and create strategic pathways toward career advancement, leadership opportunities, and greater professional flexibility.
